MISSIONS IN ACTION
A group went to Baxley to the Georgia Baptist Children's home on Nov. 8th to paint in one of the cottages for the children.
Those going: Sonny and Ruth Bridges, Jimmie McChristal ,Billy Mock , Tom and Faye Gardner, Charles and Joanne Prince, Mary Lynn Chitty, Clara O'Neal and Freddie Boyd.
A group from Statesboro, GA furnished lunch for everyone including the children that were there on that Saturday. Our group carried food for the Children's home to have a hamburger cookout on Sunday.
We painted 5 bedrooms, and ceilings in the kitchen and hallway.
A great day of fellowship, fun and work!
