Melody Makers is our choir program for children ages 3, 4 and 5. Children are introduced to basic songs, melodies and rhythms in a friendly group atmosphere. Children in this group perform twice during the year for parents--usually mid-year and to end the program in the spring.
Music Makers and Young Musicians are our children's choir programs for boys and girls in first through sixth grade. These children are introduced to more complex songs and some drama is included in the programs they learn during the year.
Music Makers and Young Musicians sing at various points during the year in our worship services. In addition, they perform in December and May for the congregation.
Choir participants in fourth, fifth and sixth grades are eligible to attend Young Musicians Camp in Norman Park or Toccoa, Georgia. These camps are sponsored by the Georgia Baptist Convention Music Department.
To enroll your child in one our children's music programs or for more information, contact the church office or email Rev. Sam Stephens, Associate Pastor & Minister of Music.
