Let's Luau! This year's theme for Vacation Bible school is "Outrigger Island: Living God's Unshakeable Truth". Children will learn that God's Word is TRUTH, and we should live by it! The key verse this week is Psalm 86:11, which says "Teach me Your way Lord, and I will live by Your truth. Psalm 86:11 (HCSB) Island Guides are needed for each age group specifically, and to serve in the Island Hopping excursions to snacks, recreation and crafts. We are hoping for lots of Wave Riders (kids) who will come to know and accept God's unshakeable truth during the week of Vacation Bible School. Wave 1: Believe the Truth! God is Real! Wave 2: Celebrate the Truth! Jesus is God's Son! Wave 3: Confess the Truth! Jesus Is the Only Way! Wave 4: Explore the Bible's Truth! The Bible is God's Word Wave 5: Stand for the Truth! My Actions Show What I Believe! Be sure to hunt through your closet for your most "gnarly" Hawaiian shirts! You'll need them for this special week of leis, flowers and learning about God's word!
We Need You! We still need a couple of teachers and lots of assistants! Here are the openings still available for your service! · 2 yr old teacher (for workers’ children only) · 3 yr old teacher · Kindergarten teacher · Music for 1st-3rd grades teacher · Assistants in most classes, in preschool crafts, in snacks and in recreation! Email Rachael if you can help in these areas.

T-shirts are available for pre-ordering. Please place your order by May 25th. T-shirts will be distributed around June 1st, once the order has been placed and received. After May 25th, you will need to get your own t-shirt from a Lifeway store.
